Kitchen Renovation

We have had Reiser out for two jobs- replacing the pilot on our gas fireplace and to straighten our front door. Both jobs were handled successfully with professionalism and speed. We have a twenty year old house and things are popping up needing repair- we will call Reiser again!

Rick is a very knowledgeable contractor what goes above and beyond to make his customers happy. He really cares about the needs of his customers and I would recommend him to anybody.

Rick from Reiser came out and helped diagnose and fix an ongoing problem with a chimney damper that was leaking water. Many others looked at it and he FIXED it! Would recommend them.

I thought I found Reiser General contracting by luck but it was by Gods blessings. Rick and victor were AMAZING. I had frozen pipes that eventually burst in multiple locations throughout my home causing a lot of water damage. Rick assessed everything and Victor fixed all of the pipes. I am beyond satisfied with not just the work that was completed, but with the kindness that I received. Resourceful, patient, and communicates well. I thought I was a tough customer, but he stayed calm and the work looks excellent. Does NOT work with carpet. Very accurate with verbal quote.

😀Rick was great. He came over and fixed our garage wall that was leaking and found the correct paint and blended in all the repairs. Couldn't tell it was redone! Unfortunately, it rained that night and some caulk came out loose. But Rick came back the very next morning and addressed and resolved the issue! Great Job, Rick!

Rick Reiser's company is excellent. Rick is prompt at returning calls and very attentive. Rick came over the next day and started to fix the water problem and replaced ceiling drywall. He replaced a toilet and snaked my bathroom sink drain. It took less than 2 days of work. Victor, who works along with Rick, is amazing. He is a perfectionist. Plus, he cleans up after everything. My free standing fire place would not light. I left a message at 9am, and received a call back by 10. I then received a call from Rick who told me he could get it lit. He arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the issue and the fire place is now lit. Rick was courteous, very knowledgeable. He is a man of his word. Highly recommend!

That actually did me a favor; Rick Reiser returned my call within 5 minutes, asked many questions and informed me what was included with his service and what to expect. His price was more than reasonable, his assistance called me the following morning and had me booked for the following week, I received a text confirmation. Rick was on time, and had me up and running less than 1/2 hour. He was a pleasure to work with and will definitely use him again. 100% professional.

Rick and his guys are great. He came to give me an estimate on fixing a kitchen cabinet that needed a little love, then came a few days later. He also helped install a new window in a bedroom. His prices are reasonable, too. Also want to second what someone else said about him being kind. When he came to give me the estimate, he said he abides by treating others the way you want to be treated. That really resonated with me. P.S. Desiree in the office is great too! :)

We hired Rick to remodel a full size attic after he responded to our request in Nextdoor. He did an excellent job of finishing the attic. We got into some unexpected issues including a problem with borough permits. Rick handled everything very professionally, upfront with all costs and very pleasant to work with. Finding Reiser was a happy accident, after a specialized fireplace company referred me. Rick, the owner, was very thorough in answering my many questions at first contact. He came down to do an estimate at a time that was convenient to me, and it became obvious his expertise goes far beyond just fireplaces. When we decided to move forward with the project, we opted to also do two unrelated jobs we had been putting off, including replacing entryway floor tile. The work is of high quality, the price was fair, and Rick and his team were very gracious in the face of unforeseen setbacks with the job that were unrelated to their work. They also took great care to protect our floors and clean up each day. Jesse, who laid hexagonal floor tiles to my (picky) specifications was meticulous in getting the exact look I wanted. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this team for tile work, fireplaces, or anything else in their realm.

I’ve used Reiser Contracting for a small project about a month ago. Rick said if you need anything at all else done just let him know. Fast forward to a month later I had a doorknob that needed to be replaced. I texted Rick and he was literally at my house within 30 minutes and this was later in the evening on a Thursday! Great customer service and pricing. Will be using again in the future!

Rick and his crew converted my fireplace from wood to gas, repaired the chimney and modified the brick fireplace surround. The work was excellent, on time and on budget. Rick was very professional. We called because we smelled gas when we turned our gas fireplace on. Rick was able fit us in within days when other companies couldn’t schedule us for several weeks. He cleaned and serviced our gas fireplace, finding and repairing the leak, which was due to a mistake during installation 20 years ago! Hired Rick to fix windows that were letting water in and the drywall that had been damaged under them. He and his guys were great. Took out all the damaged areas and made certain there were no more leaks before closing the wall back up. Even had his guys do an additional small project while waiting for spackle to dry. Great experience, would definitely hire again!
