Rick and his team did a great job on our down-to-the-studs bathroom remodel! He gave us options to help us with budget and steered us away from bad choices. (our first remodel so we appreciated suggestions!) The work was timely but more important, done well and they worked to get it just right for us! In a house built in 1940 there is always something unexpected but they met the challenge and found creative ways to make everything work! He was very easy to contact and stay in touch. I’ve used Reiser Contracting for a small project about a month ago. Rick said if you need anything at all else done just let him know. Fast forward to a month later I had a doorknob that needed to be replaced. I texted Rick and he was literally at my house within 30 minutes and this was later in the evening on a Thursday! Great customer service and pricing. Will be using again in the future!

We hired Rick to remodel a full size attic after he responded to our request in Nextdoor. He did an excellent job of finishing the attic. We got into some unexpected issues including a problem with borough permits. Rick handled everything very professionally, upfront with all costs and very pleasant to work with. Reiser General Contracting last week removed the worn, glued down vinyl plank flooring in our kitchen and laundry room, and stone tile in our half bath. They installed new luxury vinyl plank flooring that we selected and purchased. The job took four days, and they cleaned up each day before departing. We are very happy with how it turned out. This the second job completed at our home by Reiser General Contracting, and we would definitely hire them again for other remodeling jobs at our home.We find this company to be reliable and trustworthy.

I thought I found Reiser General contracting by luck but it was by Gods blessings. Rick and victor were AMAZING. I had frozen pipes that eventually burst in multiple locations throughout my home causing a lot of water damage. Rick assessed everything and Victor fixed all of the pipes. I am beyond satisfied with not just the work that was completed, but with the kindness that I received. All I wanted was for my fireplace to work. I’ve owned the home for 5 years plus and have never seen it work. We’ve had just plain laziness from competitors who offer very high bids to fix what Rick found to be a simple issue. He cleaned the unit supplied a remote that he will install when it comes in and unit is operating today!!! Honest, quick, reliable and reasonable. Will be calling him for other projects!!!!

Rick and his crew helped transform my horrible backyard into a beautiful new space. We now have a large 16 x 32 concrete slab with a 12 x 20 gazebo. Rick is excellent with communication, good pricing. Also got a wonderful surprise with grass seed put down

This is my second project with Rick and his team. Needless to say, I am very pleased with his work. Rick walks through the project to make sure he knows what you're looking for. On time and on budget, just like last time. My bathroom reno included a mixture of functional changes (plumbing, exhaust fan, door, shower rod install) and decorative ones (fixtures and hardware). Hired Rick to fix windows that were letting water in and the drywall that had been damaged under them. He and his guys were great. Took out all the damaged areas and made certain there were no more leaks before closing the wall back up. Even had his guys do an additional small project while waiting for spackle to dry. Rick was very professional. We called because we smelled gas when we turned our gas fireplace on. Rick was able fit us in within days when other companies couldn’t schedule us for several weeks. He cleaned and serviced our gas fireplace, finding and repairing the leak, which was due to a mistake during installation 20 years ago! Finding Reiser was a happy accident, after a specialized fireplace company referred me. Rick, the owner, was very thorough in answering my many questions at first contact. He came down to do an estimate at a time that was convenient to me, and it became obvious his expertise goes far beyond just fireplaces. When we decided to move forward with the project, we opted to also do two unrelated jobs we had been putting off, including replacing entryway floor tile. The work is of high quality, the price was fair, and Rick and his team were very gracious in the face of unforeseen setbacks with the job that were unrelated to their work. They also took great care to protect our floors and clean up each day. Jesse, who laid hexagonal floor tiles to my (picky) specifications was meticulous in getting the exact look I wanted. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this team for tile work, fireplaces, or anything else in their realm.

I saw one of Reiser’s trucks one day on the road and took down the phone number. Rick was extremely professional, took time to explain the job that would need to be done, and answered all of the questions my wife and I had. He was also able to replace our aged water heater during the timeframe of the job as well. Rick and his team took care of everything from permits to scheduling inspections with the township to ensuring everyone worked together to get the job done in a quick timeframe. 😀Rick was great. He came over and fixed our garage wall that was leaking and found the correct paint and blended in all the repairs. Couldn't tell it was redone! Unfortunately, it rained that night and some caulk came out loose. But Rick came back the very next morning and addressed and resolved the issue! Great Job, Rick!

We got Ricks name from a plumber we had used several times. We wanted to fix our fireplace that hadn’t been used in over a decade. It was rusty and old and we needed it redone. I called Rick. He called me right back. We made an appt for him to come over, he was here at the correct time, you could tell he knew what he was doing and we went over some options to get this fireplace working again. In the meantime, my nephew was also having a problem with his fireplace. He made an appt with Rick, Rick brought the correct ladder and equipment to make sure he could figure out the problem, and he got their job, which was different then what our fireplace needed. Rick did a fantastic job for them, and last week, when Rick was supposed to do our fireplace, he realized that the fireplace surround came in cracked. He was very apologetic although it wasn’t his fault at all, and kept us up to date constantly about what was happening. Today, he came over and installed the fireplace and we are thrilled. His price was fair, his work ethic is great, we felt comfortable with him in our house, and he definitely knows what he is doing. I would recommend him to anyone and can’t wait for the opportunity to use him again.

Rick and his entire team, from Desiree in the office, to the crew Victor, Ruben and Zach were wonderful to work with. My project was supposed to just be a deck 'remodel'. Unfortunately, right after the demo phase, it was discovered my original deck was never properly built from the first place and this became a 'new deck' build. Rick worked with the township and inspectors to keep the project moving, despite a super rainy May. Rick's crew were so professional and hardworking, and really went the extra mile with a project that seemed to encounter so many unforeseen conditions. Rick Reiser's company is excellent. Rick is prompt at returning calls and very attentive. Rick came over the next day and started to fix the water problem and replaced ceiling drywall. He replaced a toilet and snaked my bathroom sink drain. It took less than 2 days of work. Victor, who works along with Rick, is amazing. He is a perfectionist. Plus, he cleans up after everything.
